Brasilia is a unique city, and the Tryp Brasil 21 is right at the heart of it. The city was planned and designed in the 1950's, and it was designed to be a symbol of Brazil's modernization and progress. Tryp Brasil 21 was the first hotel to be built in Brasilia's renowned Brasil XXI Complex, right in the middle of the city center. Tryp Brasil 21 is located right on Eixo Monumental, right in the heart of the city.
This puts the hotel just between TV Tower and City Park, two of the city's most popular sightseeing attractions. It is located a convenient 13 kilometers from Brasilia's airport, and is also located close to the cathedral, Esplanade of Ministries, and the Patio Brasil Shopping Center. In addition to being close to the sights, Tryp Brasil 21 is near plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping areas and nightlife hotspots.
Tryp Brasil has 260 rooms, both smoking and non-smoking. The hotel contains a swimming pool, fitness center, and sauna. Although it is wonderful lodging for business travelers who need to be close to everything, Tryp Brasilia 21 is also a great place to kick back and relax after a busy day of sightseeing.
The rooms have desks, cable television, safe deposit boxes, high speed Internet access and mini-bars. You might want to leave your room at some point for some reason, but you pretty much have everything you need right there. There is also 24-hour room service.
For business travelers, there is a business center that includes meeting rooms which can hold up to 120 attendees. The hotel can provide audio-visual equipment and computers for presentations and business meetings.
When it's time to eat, if you don't feel like venturing out of the hotel to one of the many restaurants in walking distance, Lucca's Restaurant provides your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is Italian, but serves food from all over the world, and they have a lunch buffet that gets consistently great reviews. If it's a drink you're after, Tryp Brasil 21 has a bar and lounge, as well as a coffee shop.
